Bryce Kaspar
President and Chief Executive Officer
As President and CEO of WASTE REDUCTION, Bryce is the company visionary. He has a gift for assembling the right people and leading them to reach a common goal. Bryce has successfully directed the company's growth from a local consulting firm in Jacksonville, Fla., to a national leader in waste expense management.
A principal of the company since its incorporation in 1999, Bryce previously held leadership positions in sales, marketing and business development in the technology industry. He began his career with Dell, Inc., and later developed and led both end-customer and value-added reseller (VAR) channels at two Austin-based technology start-up companies.
Bryce is active in numerous industry associations including the National Apartment Association (NAA), the Florida Restaurant & Lodging Association (FRLA) and the Solid Waste Association of North America (SWANA). He has been published and interviewed in trade publications such as UNITS, Multifamily Pro and Florida Restaurateur magazines. Bryce founded the Business Improvement Group (BIG) in Jacksonville, Fla., a focus group for executives of entrepreneurial growth companies to share best practices and cultivate successful growth strategies.
Originally from the Great State of Texas, Bryce holds a BA in Psychology and a Minor in Business from the University of Texas at Austin.

Mike Clements
Executive Vice-President
Mike joined WASTE REDUCTION in February 2008. Prior to joining WASTE REDUCTION, Mike served in various leadership roles in service organizations with a focus on the multi-family, commercial and utility markets. For the immediate nine years prior to joining WASTE REDUCTION, Mike served as President and CEO for ista North America, the leading utility billing and utility expense management company serving the multi-family, commercial and retail energy markets.
Mike holds a Bachelor's of Business Administration degree from the Terry College of Business at the University of Georgia and a Masters of Business Administration degree from the Warrington College of Business at the University of Florida. Furthermore, he attended The London Business Schools' Accelerated Development Program.
Paul Tiseo
Chief Information Officer
As CIO of WASTE REDUCTION, Paul is often referred to as a "propeller head with a business mind". He contributes a unique ability to bridge the technology-business gap – a rare trait amongst technologists and business administrators.
Prior to joining WASTE REDUCTION, Paul was a lead software developer for the Mayo Clinic's Research Computing Group. With more than 10 years of experience in software development, Paul has successfully designed multiple critical software systems for scientific, health and financial industries. He was also co-founder and President of Metacode Studios, Inc., which provided software consultancy and application development services to a variety of industries.
Paul holds a bachelor's degree in computer science from the University of North Florida and a Master's degree in Molecular Neurobiology from the Mayo Graduate School of Medicine.
Danna Crapo
Manager, Project Management Department
Danna, who is often referred to as the "operations wizard," oversees the waste service analysis and vendor relations functions at WASTE REDUCTION.
She has a unique ability to quickly see both the global business goal and the detailed processes that must be developed to execute. Danna was a key contributor during the development of the company's technology platform, WASTE VISION™ and continuously finds new ways to drive improvements within and beyond the Project Management department.
Prior to joining WASTE REDUCTION in February 2003, Danna worked with Pitney Bowes, Inc., the world leader in mailstream solutions. During her seven years with the company, she gained experience in many areas including customer service, collections and sales. In her sales career at Pitney Bowes, Danna was a top performer, winning both regional awards and the company's top national-level award.
Kris Fox
Manager, Client Support and Billing
A born leader, Kris has a special gift for coaching and developing people. Kris's gift impacts WASTE REDUCTION and our clients every day, as her teams truly put the passion in our brand promise of "Passionate Support."
Kris oversees the client support and invoice auditing functions of the company and has taken the performance of these areas to new heights under her direction. Her team members truly live by their key performance metrics and it shows in our client satisfaction surveys.
Kris began her career with the company in August 2003 as a part-time representative while in college and has never looked back. Today, Kris is a key member of our management team and a role model for the growth opportunity at WASTE REDUCTION.
Patrick Michaud
Manager, Client Support
Patrick joined WASTE REDUCTION in 2009 as a Project Manager. During his time as a Project Manager, Patrick developed deep relationships with waste vendors and implemented numerous improvements in communication and vendor performance. Patrick's technical knowledge, coupled with his dedication to quality and exceeding expectations in every customer and vendor experience made him an ideal candidate to lead the Client Support Department. He assumed the position of Client Support Manager in April, 2011.
Patrick came to our firm with a solid background in the recruiting industry, having recruited for some of the top tier agencies in the country. He also holds a Bachelors Degree in English Literature and Communications from the University of North Florida and is currently enrolled in the Coggin Business School, MBA program.
